Jonathan’s experience with the firm began as an intern in 2005, while in high school. Since then, he has worked alongside Jim as a Law Clerk at different stages of his college and law school careers. Upon graduation from Mercer Law School and passing the bar exam in 2017, Jonathan joined the firm as an attorney.
Since that time, Jonathan’s primary practice area has been domestic relations and family law matters. He works closely with clients, establishing relationships and trust, while striving to maintain communication throughout the pendency of a case. Additionally, Jonathan is very active in the Cobb County Juvenile Court as a Guardian ad Litem/ Attorney, keeping his focus on the family. When called upon, he also serves as a Guardian ad Litem in the Superior Court in contested custody matters. Jonathan strives to be a strong advocate for children during all stages of dependency and custody matters and works together with all parties to once again reunite families together and make recommendations in the best interest of the children involved.
Jonathan is an active member of Burnt Hickory Baptist Church where he is involved with the Worship Ministry, playing trumpet in the church orchestra.
