Our founder, Jim Hogan, has been practicing law in Cobb County, Georgia for over 40 years. Throughout that period, he has developed the skill of handling a broad range of legal matters, from complex white-collar & drug related crimes, to land disputes & personal injury cases, complex business transactions, domestic relations issues, contested probated estates, contested guardianship cases, and the preparation of Wills and Trusts. Jim has also served as a Guardian ad Litem in the Superior and Juvenile Courts. Adding to that experience, Jonathan Stoye has begun his career focused on domestic relations issues, while also handling a significant amount of cases as an appointed Guardian ad Litem Attorney in the Cobb County Juvenile Court and contested custody matters in the Superior Courts.
